We at Truclean fully recognise the necessity for a great deal of assistance particularly at that point in time when new products are introduced to your management and staff.
In this "Start Up Period" we will constantly monitor new accounts every two or three days to train and ensure managers and staff are confident with all aspects of our products and equipment.
INSTALLATION
The installation of equipment
to dispenser detergents will be
carried out by our
representative who will maintain
and service your dishwasher
free of charge. Also, to be
responsible for stock control,
usage, results and training.
MACHINE SERVICE:
Our machine service consists of
checking all parts and descaling if
necessary and report on
any maintenance required.
Our Machine Service Policy is
designed to reduce the number of calls to the manufacturers or their agents who charge heavily for call outs, particularly on weekends. Unfortunately we cannot service electrical or plumbing due to licensing laws, but can advise the best approach to these problems.
Any requirements to rectify machine problems will be brought to the attention of management through a written or verbal report.
EMERGENCY SERVICES:
Our policy on Emergency Service is to be available as quickly as possible (generally within 2 hours) to rectify machine problems or replace necessary out of stock product, including weekends. There is no charge for this service.
In keeping with the policy of Hobart, Eswood, Washtech Dishwashing Machine Manufacturers,
our products and systems are guaranteed for use in their equipment and will not nullify the manufacturer's warranty.
